Ben jij de collega naar wie wij op zoek zijn ? Ben jij diegene die ons opvangteam komend schooljaar kan vervolledigen ? Een creatieve speelvogel met oog voor organisatie die houdt van structuur en routine ?

Wij zoeken iemand voor onze voor- en naschoolse opvang alsook voor middagtoezicht vanaf 1 september en dit op onze beide locaties : Washingtonstraat 35 en Kroonlaan 13.

maandag, dinsdag donderdag en vrijdag :

Middagtoezicht van 11.40-13.15u

Avondtoezicht van 16.00u-17.30u.

Woensdag :

8.30u-18.00u

Pluspunten zijn : Nederlands praten, een teamspeler zijn en in het bezit zijn van een diploma kindbegeleider.

Wie bieden een tijdelijk contract met optie vast contract in de toekomst.

Je staat meestal met 2 personen voor een groep jongen leerlingen, vooral kleuters, maar ook een eerste graad : onze oudste leerlingen zijn 7 jaar.

Een diploma kinderzorg/kindbegeleider hebben is een pluspunt

Gestructureerd werken, routines aanbieden....jonge kinderen hebben dit echt nodig

Geduldig zijn, consequent zijn op een vriendelijke manier

Vlot Nederlands praten

Organisatorisch structuur kunnen aanbieden en zelfstandig een groep jonge leerlingen kunnen begeleiden.

Afspraken van de opvang en van op de speelplaats naleven,

Een teamspeler zijn en goed kunnen samenwerken,

Administratief tijdig aanwezigheden registreren en in samenspraak met het team geschikte activiteiten plannen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren (zowel op papier als de echte uitvoering)

Bereid zijn om bij te leren.

Sterk in communicatie : naar leerlingen toe betrokken maar ook consequent, naar het team en naar ouders toe duidelijk communiceren,

Bij overleg met het team je steentje bijdragen,

Zelfstandig kunnen werken met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.

Een warm hart hebben voor onze leerlingen en ze stimuleren om te groeien in hun vaardigheden
