Daarom zoeken we een collega die samen met ons het verschil wil maken voor kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen met een zorgnood. Bij OLO-Rotonde krijg je niet alleen een job, maar een team dat je ondersteunt, een werkgever die jouw eigenheid omarmt en een plek waar menselijkheid altijd de norm is.

Voor één van onze leefgroepen, Honk 2 | GES+, op onze campus Miksebaan 264B, Brasschaat zoeken wij een opvoeder.

In de leefgroep werken we individuele trajecten uit voor jongens, waarbij begeleiding en opvang centraal staan. De jongeren verblijven zoveel als nodig in de leefgroep of in twee studio’s, die ook aan de leefgroep verbonden zijn. Een grote uitdaging maar niettemin een boeiende job.

Kernopdracht

Zorgen voor onze cliënten in het leven van alledag. Elke dag, avond, weekend en nacht opnieuw het beste van jezelf geven samen met je collega’s. Cliënten en collega’s laten groeien en bloeien, en mocht het wel eens tegenzitten dan blijf je communiceren. Jouw open en flexibele houding is daarom heel belangrijk in deze job. Je hebt een boon voor jongeren. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt individuele jongens die residentieel en/of ambulant begeleid worden. Je geeft ook groepsgerichte begeleiding en ondersteuning in de leefgroep waarbij zorg wordt gedragen voor een veilig en gestructureerd groepsklimaat dat ondersteunend is voor de individuele trajecten.

Doelgroep

  • Jongens van 15 tot 20 jaar met een ernstige gedrags- en emotionele problematiek en/of autismespectrumstoornis (GES+-statuut).
  • De gezinnen/context waar ze deel van uitmaken.

Hierin herken je jezelf

  • Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma (of gelijkgesteld door ervaring) met pedagogische, sociale of paramedische oriëntatie op zak.
  • Je weet een vertrouwensrelatie uit te bouwen met cliënten en hun context. Je kan deze ondersteunen in functie van de afgesproken doelen.
  • Je kan zowel individuele begeleidingstrajecten als het (beperkt) leven in groep gestalte geven.
  • Jij bent een enthousiaste, gedreven collega die graag in een team werkt, stressbestendig is en conflicten tussen jongeren kan hanteren.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en cliëntgericht.
  • Je getuigt van samenwerkingszin en flexibiliteit.
  • Ervaring met deze of een gelijkaardige doelgroep is zeker een meerwaarde.
  • Met onregelmatige prestaties (weekend -, avond en nachtdiensten) heb je geen probleem.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
