De huidige commissieleden zijn na hun termijn(en) niet meer beschikbaar en daarom zijn wij op zoek naar opvolgers. Wat houdt het in? De Kascontrolecommissie controleert ten minste éénmaal per jaar de verenigingsboeken, de bankgegevens en het concept-jaarverslag en brengt daarover verslag uit aan de Algemene Ledenvergadering. De commissie bestaat uit drie leden. Wie zoeken we? - leden met een zekere affiniteit met verenigingsfinanciën; - enig begrip van boekhouding en jaarcijfers (geen specialistische kennis vereist); - bereidheid om de jaarlijkse controle uit te voeren en hierover te rapporteren. Deze functie is uitsluitend voorbehouden aan leden van de Haagse Kunstkring ! Aanmelden De verkiezing van de nieuwe commissie staat op de agenda van de Algemene Ledenvergadering van 9 juli a.s. Meldt u zich bij voorkeur vóór die datum aan. Mocht zich niemand melden, dan zal tijdens de ALV aan de vergadering worden gevraagd of er zich kandidaten willen aandienen.
