Als Opzichter Civiele Techniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op civieltechnische en bouwkundige werkzaamheden binnen complexe infrastructurele projecten. Je beoordeelt of de uitvoering voldoet aan de contractuele eisen, het ontwerp en de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectteams, aannemers en vakspecialisten uit disciplines als werktuigbouwkunde, E&I, coating, kathodische bescherming en lassen. Je bent al vroeg in projecten betrokken en levert inhoudelijke input tijdens de voorbereidingsfase, onder andere bij risicoanalyses en de beoordeling van de maakbaarheid van ontwerpen. Tijdens de uitvoering voer je risico gebaseerde toetsen uit, signaleer je afwijkingen en adviseer je over passende verbetermaatregelen. Je weet aannemers op een professionele en constructieve manier aan te spreken op kwaliteit, veiligheid en uitvoering, waarbij je altijd handelt in het belang van het project. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Deelnemen aan risicosessies en beoordelen van de maakbaarheid van civieltechnische ontwerpen. - Opstellen van input voor toetsplannen en uitvoeren van risico gebaseerde toetsen tijdens de uitvoering. - Toezicht houden op kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu binnen infrastructurele projecten. - Beoordelen of werkzaamheden voldoen aan contracteisen, ontwerp en geldende normen. - Vastleggen van bevindingen, rapporteren van afwijkingen en adviseren over verbetermaatregelen. - Intensief samenwerken met projectteams, aannemers en multidisciplinaire specialisten.
