Opzichter niet-planmatig onderhoud (fulltime, 36 uur per week) Als Opzichter niet-planmatig onderhoud bij Woonpunt ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische regie op onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden binnen jouw werkgebied. Je beoordeelt onderhoudsmeldingen, zet opdrachten uit bij aannemers en gespecialiseerde onderhoudspartijen en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaten van de uitvoering. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met servicemonteurs, wijkbeheerders, collega-opzichters en uitvoerende partijen. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis en technisch inzicht analyseer je onderhoudsvraagstukken en zorg je voor duurzame oplossingen. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor niet-planmatig onderhoud, houdt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, weet belangen goed af te wegen en durft duidelijke keuzes te maken. Samen met twee collega-opzichters draag je bij aan een veilige, duurzame en goed onderhouden woningvoorraad in het werkgebied Maastricht & Heuvelland. Zo lever je iedere dag een zichtbare bijdrage aan buurten waar mensen zich écht thuis voelen. Hoe ziet je dag eruit Je start je dag op kantoor in Maastricht met het beoordelen van nieuwe onderhouds-meldingen en het afstemmen van lopende dossiers. Vervolgens ga je op pad naar woningen en wooncomplexen in jouw werkgebied. Daar inspecteer je technische problemen, beoordeel je onderhoudswerkzaamheden en controleer je of aannemers voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteitseisen. Zo onderzoek je bijvoorbeeld de oorzaak van een vochtprobleem, beoordeel je herstelwerkzaamheden na een lekkage of bespreek je met een aannemer de beste aanpak voor een complexe technische uitdaging. Vaak doe je dit gewoon op de fiets, waarmee je snel tussen de verschillende woningen en wooncomplexen beweegt. Geen dag is hetzelfde.
