Als Opzichter Dagelijks Onderhoud ben je de drijvende kracht achter het oplossen van reparatieverzoeken, van de eerste melding tot de uiteindelijke oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners zich gehoord voelen en dat de kwaliteit van hun woning gewaarborgd is. In deze rol ben je veel meer dan alleen een opzichter; je bent een cruciale schakel tussen bewoners, partners en collega's. Je signaleert proactief wat er speelt in de wijk en draagt bij aan een prettige woonomgeving. Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat reparaties niet alleen worden uitgevoerd, maar ook bijdragen aan de algehele tevredenheid van de bewoners. Je voert inspecties uit, bewaakt de voortgang van reparaties en onderhoudt goede relaties met onze partners. Daarnaast beoordeel je offertes en draag je actief bij aan procesverbeteringen. Je bent ook de sparringpartner voor collega's en vertegenwoordigt de belangen in huur- en geschillencommissiezaken.
