Het woningbezit bestaat uit ongeveer 6.700 woningen verspreid over de stad Groningen. Vanuit een betrokken en professionele organisatie wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan woningen die ook op langere termijn prettig, veilig en betaalbaar blijven. Als opzichter dagelijks onderhoud ben je zichtbaar in de praktijk. Je beweegt tussen huurders, servicemedewerkers, aannemers en collega's en houdt daarbij steeds zicht op de technische kwaliteit én de dienstverlening. Dagelijks onderhoud bestaat onder meer uit reparatie- en klachtenonderhoud, mutaties en werkzaamheden die bijdragen aan het wooncomfort van huurders. De organisatie is volop in beweging. Naast dagelijks onderhoud wordt geïnvesteerd in woningverbetering, verduurzaming en nieuwbouw. In 2026 staan bijvoorbeeld de verduurzaming van honderden woningen en de start van verschillende nieuwbouwprojecten op de agenda.
