Functieomschrijving Als opzichter Dagelijks Onderhoud bij Trivire ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, regisseren en controleren van reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan woningen. Je beoordeelt binnengekomen reparatieverzoeken, bepaalt de aanpak en ziet erop toe dat aannemers veilig, tijdig en kwalitatief goed werk leveren. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor bewoners met klachten en voor aannemers met vragen over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden. In deze functie heb je een divers pakket aan werkzaamheden. Je wisselt het uitvoeren van inspecties af met het beoordelen van reparatie- en ZAV-aanvragen, het toezicht houden op het werk van de aannemers en de nodige administratieve taken, zoals het opvragen en beoordelen van offertes. Daarbij sta je continu in contact met bewoners, collega's en externe samenwerkingspartners. Je ziet toe op het werk van de samenwerkingspartners en voert met hen regelmatig evaluatieoverleggen, om de kwaliteit van hun werk te bespreken. Ook geef je vanuit jouw expertise over het woningbezit, onderhoud en terugkerende technische problemen input aan collega's van andere afdelingen, zodat processen continu blijven verbeteren. Je komt te werken in het team Dagelijks Onderhoud, samen met zes collega-opzichters. De opzichters zijn verdeeld over drie deelgebieden en voeren ieder toezicht op hun reparatiewerkzaamheden. Jullie werken samen waar de werkzaamheden elkaar raken en voeren periodiek overleg. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met Wijkbeheer, Asset Management, Planmatig Onderhoud, de projectleiders en Contractbeheer.
