We zijn op zoek naar een opzichter dagelijks onderhoud in Wageningen voor minimaal 4 maanden voor 32 - 36 uur in de week. Twijfel niet en kom in contact! Jouw nieuwe baan - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor dagelijks onderhoud en inspecteert hierbij woningen van huurders - Je beoordeelt reparatieverzoeken van huurders - Je hebt veelvuldig persoonlijk contact met huurders, aannemers en interne collega's - Je signaleert (structurele) problemen in de technische kwaliteit van het bezit en levert input voor de verdere ontwikkeling van projecten en/of het bezit. Wij vragen - Afgeronde opleiding Mbo-Bouwkunde - Ervaring in een soortgelijke rol - Ervaring binnen de woningcorporatiebranche Dit ben jij - Flexibel: je bent in staat om snel te schakelen tussen huurders en aannemers - Professioneel: Je hebt uitstekende technische kennis gecombineerd met een groot empathisch vermogen om ook sociale problematieken achter de voordeur de herkennen. Ons aanbod - Een functie die zowel op parttime als fulltime basis kan worden uitgevoerd. Wij kijken graag naar het aantal uur dat je beschikbaar bent - Een contract voor de duur van de opdracht of de mogelijkheid tot contract bij InterWork voor minimaal een jaar met de intentie om dit om te zetten naar een onbepaalde tijdscontract - Een salaris wat wordt gewaardeerd in schaal H wat neerkomt op tussen € 3894,- en €5017,- op basis van 36 uur in de week - Een eindejaarsuitkering volgens de CAO woondiensten welke neerkomt op minimaal 3% van het bruto jaarsalaris - De mogelijkheid tot het volgen van een opleiding voor een bedrag van € 2.500,- per jaar bij een dienstver...
