Ben je technisch goed genoeg onderlegd om het werk van de aannemer te controleren en ga je het gesprek aan wanneer de kwaliteit beter kan? Dan zoeken wij jou! Voor onze opdrachtgever woningcorporatie Mozaïek Wonen zoeken wij een Opzichter Planmatig Onderhoud. Als Opzichter Planmatig Onderhoud bij Mozaïek Wonen speel jij een belangrijke rol in het onderhoud van de woningen. Je bent dagelijks op locatie(s) aanwezig om de kwaliteit te monitoren. Zo signaleer je afwijkingen, stuur je actief op kwaliteit, voortgang, planning en budget en overleg je daarnaast structureel met je collega-projectleiders om de stand van zaken door te nemen. Jij beoordeelt de technische kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, geeft opdrachten aan aannemers voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering. Aannemers en installateurs weten dat jij niet alleen beoordeelt, maar ook doorvraagt en bijstuurt waar nodig. Dankzij jouw daadkracht verbeteren woningen structureel en zijn ze klaar voor de toekomst. Met jouw kennis en ervaring denk je altijd in oplossingen en ken je de kwaliteitseisen van de woningen door en door. Dankzij jouw technische expertise weet je voor ieder probleem een passende oplossing en ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor ketenpartners, waardoor de hoge kwaliteitsstandaard wordt gewaarborgd. Naast je dagelijkse toezicht en projectbegeleiding lever je ook een belangrijke bijdrage aan het strategische onderhoud. Periodiek voer je conditiemetingen uit ten behoeve van de meerjarenonderhoudsbegroting (MJOB), zodat het onderhoud toekomstgericht en efficiënt kan worden gepland...
