Opzichter Projectrealisatie Westpoort Warmte Wil jij bijdragen aan het realiseren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige en duurzame warmte en koudenetten binnen onze afdeling Projectrealisatie? Ben je graag buiten op de projecten, houd je van afwisseling en krijg je energie van het werken in een projectteam waarmee je samenwerkt met aannemers, bouwers en gemeenten? Dan zoeken wij jou! Als opzichter projectrealisatie ben jij het gezicht op de werkvloer. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van nieuwbouw en renovatie projecten in Amsterdam Noord en Amsterdam West waar wij ons warmte en koude netten voor realiseren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, volgens uitvoeringsplan en in hoge kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd waarbij je de technische richtlijnen bewaakt. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen projectvoorbereiding, uitvoering en onze externe stakeholders. Wat ga je doen? - Dagelijks toezicht houden op lopende projecten in uitvoering; - Controleren of werk van aannemers voldoet aan contracten, kwaliteitseisen en technische normen; - De voortgang bewaken en knelpunten tijdig signaleren en oplossen; - Veiligheid op de bouwplaats controleren en ingrijpen waar nodig; - Belanghebbende informeren over werkzaamheden en hun meldingen professioneel afhandelen; - Uitvoeren van tussentijdse inspecties, deelopleveringen en eindcontroles; - Registreren van meer-/minderwerk, controleren van nacalculaties en bijhouden van voortgangsrapportages. - In overleg met je leidinggevende is er een mogelijkheid om ingezet te worden in de storingsdienst. Functie-eisen Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die graag buiten is, snel schakelt en stevig in zijn schoenen staat. Je bezit een goed oog voor kwaliteit en durft uitvoerenden aan te spreken wanneer dat nodig is. Met jouw klantgerichte instelling weet je bewoners en andere belanghebbenden gerust te stellen en duidelijk te informeren over de werkzaamheden, want jij bent op projectlocaties het fysieke aanspreekpun...
