Als Opzichter Vastgoed vertegenwoordig je onze organisatie als opdrachtgever op de bouwplaats. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van nieuwbouw-, planmatig onderhouds-en dagelijks onderhoudsprojecten. Je bewaakt of werkzaamheden volgens contract, planning en kwaliteitsafspraken worden uitgevoerd en hebt daarbij oog voor veiligheid en budget. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen Woonpartners, aannemers, leveranciers en bewoners. Je signaleert afwijkingen, stemt af waar nodig en zorgt dat projectenzorgvuldig en kwalitatief goed worden uitgevoerd. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag schouw je in de ochtend een woning of wooncomplex en controleer je in de middag de wapening en installaties van een te storten vloer, de andere dag controleer je de kwaliteitsborgingsrapportage en dagboek van een D&B project en toets je in de middag samen met de ontwikkelaar en projectleider een acquisitie project. Dit ga je doen Als Opzichter Vastgoed ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht en de begeleiding tijdens de uitvoering van onze projecten. Je gaat onder andere aan de slag met: - Toezicht houden op nieuwbouw- en onderhoudsprojecten; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, budget en gemaakte afspraken; - Inspecteren van woningen, wooncomplexen en maatschappelijk vastgoed; - Afstemmen met aannemers, leveranciers, huurders en bewoners; - Controleren van kwaliteitsborging en opleveringen; - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen binnen de afdeling Vastgoed.
