De klanten bevinden zich in heel Nederland en in delen van Europa. Van toepassing zijn innovatie, duurzaamheid en kwaliteit. Functie omschrijving Als Order Coördinator draag jij zorg voor intensieve contacten binnen de organisatie en met externe relaties. Hiernaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het gehele orderproces, van productie tot aan eindlevering en ondersteun jij de sales en administratieve afdeling. Locatie Tilburg Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineert het volledige orderproces voor een bepaald klantsegment. Dit proces begint vanaf productie en eindigt bij levering op de klantlocatie. Zo houd jij je dus ook bezig met het uitbrengen van offertes en nazorg. - Bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van klanten. Beantwoordt vragen rondom bestellingen, backorders en en levertijdstippen. - Ondersteunt Accountmanagers in het kader van lopende orders en projecten. - Maakt klantgegevens en productdata aan in het systeem en voert wijzigingen door. - Zorgt voor een fijne samenwerking met collega's van de planning en productie. - Signaleert en analyseert merkwaardig ordergedrag. - Stelt prognoses op. - Onderhoudt de prijslijsten. - Bent allert op mogelijke verbeteringen. Profiel kandidaat Je beschikt over HBO werk-/denkniveau, bent 40 uur beschikbaar, spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels en enige ervaring met orderprocessen is gewenst. Ook kun je goed overweg met diverse computersystemen, communicatief sterk, regelaar, proactief, nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht én heb je affiniteit met de bouwsector.
