Functieomschrijving Als Order Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat klantorders technisch correct worden uitgewerkt, voorbereid en begeleid. Jij vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar duidelijke technische informatie waarmee de productie direct aan de slag kan. Je hebt een belangrijke rol binnen het gehele proces. Je schakelt dagelijks met onder andere verkoop, productie, inkoop en logistiek en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde informatie klopt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van klantorders op technische haalbaarheid en volledigheid; - Opstellen van stuklijsten, tekeningen en technische specificaties; - Vertalen van klantwensen naar maakbare technische oplossingen; - Afstemmen met verkoop, productie, inkoop en logistiek over orders en doorlooptijden; - Verwerken en beheren van technische documentatie in het ERP-systeem; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en proactief oplossen van technische vraagstukken; - Onderhouden van klantcontact wanneer bij complexe orders technische verduidelijking nodig is; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen orderengineering en het productieproces. Je krijgt binnen deze functie de ruimte om jouw technische kennis in te zetten én processen verder te verbeteren.
