Voor onze klant, een groeiende speler binnen de logistieke sector, zoeken we een nauwkeurige en klantgerichte Sales Assistant Transport. In deze centrale functie vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, sales en operationele teams. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en vlotte communicatie zorg je ervoor dat transportopdrachten correct worden verwerkt en opgevolgd. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking, klantgerichtheid en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Taken

  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van transportorders
  • Correct registreren van klantgegevens en tarieven
  • Afstemmen met planning en interne afdelingen
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en bieden van passende oplossingen
  • Opvolgen van dossiers en transportopdrachten
  • Verzorgen van duidelijke interne en externe communicatie
  • Ondersteunen van commerciële en operationele processen
  • Bijdragen aan een optimale klantenservice
  • Ervaring in een administratieve, commerciële of logistieke functie
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk
  • Goede kennis van courante computertoepassingen
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Frans; Engels is een plus
