Sommige mensen zien een binnenkomende order als een administratieve taak. Jij ziet het grotere plaatje. Een correcte bestelling betekent een tijdige levering, tevreden klanten en een proces dat van begin tot eind vlot verloopt.

Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf zoeken we een Customer Service Officer die het verschil maakt achter de schermen. In deze functie ben jij een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, sales, logistiek en productie. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en inzicht verlopen bestellingen feilloos en kunnen klanten rekenen op een professionele service.

Van zodra een order binnenkomt, neem jij het dossier in handen. Je controleert gegevens, stemt af met verschillende afdelingen en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken, registreren en controleren van binnenkomende orders
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen van A tot Z binnen het ERP-systeem
  • Controleren van stockbeschikbaarheid en levermogelijkheden
  • Informeren van klanten over levertermijnen en orderstatussen
  • Afstemmen met sales, logistiek, transport en magazijn
  • Behandelen van vragen, retouraanvragen en klachten
  • Zoeken naar de meest efficiënte en klantgerichte oplossing bij leveringsuitdagingen

Ongeveer 80% van jouw tijd ligt de focus op orderverwerking en orderopvolging. In de toekomst zal technologie en AI een deel van de administratieve input ondersteunen, waardoor er meer ruimte ontstaat voor persoonlijk klantencontact en proactieve opvolging.

Je voelt je comfortabel in een functie waar nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring binnen customer service, orderverwerking of commerciële binnendienst
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een mooie troef
  • Nederlands beheers je perfect en ook in het Engels communiceer je vlot met klanten
  • ERP-systemen en administratieve processen hebben weinig geheimen voor jou
  • Prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren gaan je natuurlijk af
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent op zoek naar een langdurige samenwerking en een stabiele werkomgeving
