* Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Überwachung von Serviceaufträgen über den gesamten Auftragslebenszyklus

* Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitätsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Auftragsabwicklung

* Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen technischen und kaufmännischen Fachbereichen sowie Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses

* Überwachung von Auftrags-, Leistungs- und Abrechnungsdaten sowie Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards

* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei Reportings, Reklamationen und Eskalationen

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Service- oder Projektgeschäft

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement von Vorteil

* Hohe Prozess-, Qualitäts- und Serviceorientierung

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung

* Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Für diese Position bieten wir eine Gehaltsspanne von 55.000 bis 60.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr für Vollzeit und Daueranstellung (KV metallverarbeitendes Gewerbe). Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Order Process Manager (m/w/d) beträgt 55.000,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
