Voor een gevestigde Belgische onderneming met een internationale werking zoeken wij een ervaren Order & Supply Chain Coördinator. Je werkt vanuit Wommelgem nauw samen met collega's en leveranciers in Azië en volgt jouw projecten en bestellingen zelfstandig van A tot Z op.

Jouw functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Sourcing van producten en leveranciers in Azië
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Analyseren van offertes, kostprijzen en totale productkosten
  • Opvolgen van productie, timing en levering
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en mogelijke risico's
  • Overleg met sales, accountmanagement en de teams in Azië
  • Coördineren van de volledige supply chain van jouw projecten
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in internationale aankoop, sourcing of ordermanagement
  • Ervaring met Azië is een sterke troef
  • Goede kennis van productie- en supplychainprocessen
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • Goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met ERP
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en hands-on
  • Bereid om occasioneel internationaal te reizen
