They are located in the Walloon Brabant region.

Jobomschrijving

As an Order To Cash German And English your responsibilities are:

  • Process customer orders accurately and keep order information up to date
  • Handle customer service queries in German and English, providing clear information on orders
  • Follow orders through the order-to-cash process to support timely completion
  • Liaise with sales, logistics and finance departments
  • Coordinate order-related information with relevant internal contacts
  • Check customer and order details to help maintain accurate records
  • Resolve routine order issues and communicate updates to customers
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer contacts and order actions
  • Contribute to a reliable customer service process for the Retail business

A successful Order To Cash German And English should have:

  • Ability to communicate clearly in German and English
  • A first experience in customer service or order to cash roles is a big plus
  • Experience in the retail or hard discount world is a plus (Aldi, Lidl, Kruidvat, Colruyt, ...)
  • You are accurate, meticulous and can handle deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, distributors, internal stakeholders, ...
  • A team player
