Als orderkantoor medewerker ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze verkoopkantoren. Je behandelt afwijkende bestellingen, verzorgt offerte-aanvragen en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie altijd klopt. Je hebt dagelijks contact met collega’s van planning, logistiek en sales om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel en tijdig wordt afgehandeld.

Je begint je dag met het verwerken van orders in het ERP-systeem. Vervolgens begeleid je spoedorders van aanvraag tot uitlevering en handel je prijsaanvragen snel, zorgvuldig en klantgericht af. Ondertussen houd je continu in de gaten waar processen slimmer of efficiënter kunnen en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen.

Deze functie past perfect bij je als je houdt van contact met collega’s, overzicht bewaren en snel schakelen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd graag problemen voor bent en oplossingen bedenkt.
