Dan is dit een mooie kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale organisatie. Voor een snelgroeiend bedrijf Zevenaar zijn wij op zoek naar een ordermanager. Je hoeft nog geen jaren ervaring te hebben. Belangrijker is dat je leergierig bent, overzicht kunt bewaren en graag samenwerkt met collega's.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je begeleidt het volledige orderproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Je hebt contact met collega's, leveranciers en klanten en houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.

- Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het begeleiden van orders van begin tot eind. - Bewaken van planningen, kwaliteit en deadlines. - Verwerken en controleren van ordergegevens in het systeem. - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en collega's, ook internationaal. - Controleren van samples, verpakkingen en productspecificaties. - Samenwerken met accountmanagers, designers en logistiek. - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen.

- Je bent iemand die graag overzicht houdt en energie krijgt van regelen en organiseren. Je werkt secuur en vindt het leuk om nieuwe dingen te leren. - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk. - Je bent georganiseerd en kunt goed plannen. - Je bent een echte teamspeler en helpt collega's graag. - Je durft vragen te stellen en leert snel nieuwe systemen. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse én Engelse taal goed.
