Als ordermanager zaden zorg je dat proefzaden op tijd op hun bestemming aankomen. Je houdt overzicht over orders, documenten en leveringen en schakelt dagelijks met collega's en klanten in verschillende landen. Een baan met volop afwisseling, uitdaging en mogelijkheden. Zo maak je werk van jouw toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Als ordermanager zaden begeleid je internationale sample- en exportorders van aanvraag tot levering. Je controleert wat per land nodig is en zorgt dat alle informatie klopt. Zo kunnen veldproeven en registraties op tijd starten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en begeleiden van internationale sample- en exportorders. - Controleren van documenten en invoereisen voor verschillende landen. - Bewaken van leveringen, ordergegevens en facturen. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, collega's en andere internationale partijen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen in het orderproces. Je werkt 38 uur per week op locatie in Enkhuizen. Eventueel is 4 dagen per week werken bespreekbaar.
