Functieomschrijving Als orderpicker speel je een cruciale rol in het logistieke proces van onze bakkerij. Samen met een team van gemotiveerde collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle broodproducten nauwkeurig worden gesorteerd en verdeeld. Jouw taken bestaan uit: - Sorteren en verplaatsen van broodkratten met behulp van digitale displays; - Zorgen dat bestellingen correct en efficiënt worden klaargezet; - Werken in een dynamische omgeving waarbij fysieke kracht en doorzettingsvermogen belangrijk zijn. In deze functie werk je in een 2-ploegendienst: Ochtendploeg: 08:00 - 16:00 uur en avondploeg: 16:00 - ±00:00 uur. Wie ben jij? Wat wij van jou vragen: - Jij spreekt Engels of Nederlands; - Minimaal 1,65m i.v.m. de hoogte van de werkzaamheden; - Flexibel inzetbaar in een 2-ploegensysteem; - In staat om fysiek zwaar werk te verrichten (tillen, sorteren en verplaatsen van kratten); - Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken. Wat kun je verwachten? Wat kan je van ons verwachten? - Salaris tussen €16,- en €19,- per uur (afhankelijk van ervaring, vanaf 21 jaar); - Inclusief toeslagen verdien je minimaal €21,02 - €21,49 per uur (134% of 137%); - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (maximaal €9,20 per dag); - Ploegentoeslagen van 34% tot 37% voor onregelmatige werktijden; - Werken in een actieve en energieke omgeving waar je kracht wordt gewaardeerd!
