Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de productie van industriële riemen die gebruikt worden in diverse sectoren, waaronder de automobielsector. Op de site in Desteldonk werken momenteel ongeveer 110 medewerkers in een moderne en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.Onze klant heeft een zeer modern distributiecentrum in de haven van Gent.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij op zoek naar een stabiele logistieke job met doorgroeimogelijkheden? Wil je starten als orderpicker en op termijn opgeleid worden tot heftruck- of reachtruckchauffeur? Dan is dit jouw kans.

Jouw taken

  • Als orderpicker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en efficiënt voorbereiden van bestellingen
  • Orders picken met behulp van een scansysteem
  • Je verplaatsen doorheen het magazijn met een elektrisch magazijnvoertuig (brommertje)
  • Goederen controleren en verzendklaar maken
  • Op termijn: werken met heftruck of reachtruck
  • Mee instaan voor het ontvangen, stockeren en laden van goederen.

Je start als orderpicker, maar krijgt de kans om door te groeien dankzij interne opleidingen.

Werkuren

Je werkt in een 2- ploegenregime:

  • Vroege ploeg: 05u50 – 14u00
  • Late ploeg: 13u50 – 22u00.

Je werkt dagelijks 10 minuten extra, wat resulteert in 5 extra ADV-dagen per jaar.

Pauzes per shift:

  • 30 minuten onbetaald
  • 10 minuten betaald.

Na een positief kennismakingsgesprek kan je snel opstarten. Je begint met een weekcontract en krijgt een persoonlijke peter of meter die je begeleidt. Na een evaluatieperiode van 6 maanden en een positieve eindevaluatie ontvang je een vast contract.
