🚀 Word Orderpicker bij Bakkerij Holland in Vriezenveen! Hou jij van actief werk, ben je fysiek fit en werk je graag in een team dat samen topprestaties levert? Dan hebben wij bij Bakkerij Holland in Vriezenveen de perfecte baan voor jou! Als Orderpicker zorg jij ervoor dat onze duizenden broden elke dag op tijd en op de juiste plek bij de klant komen.

Wat wordt er van je verwacht Je bent een onmisbare schakel in het logistieke proces: - Kratten met versgebakken brood en andere lekkernijen verzamelen en klaarmaken voor verzending; - Werken met digitale displays zodat alles precies klopt; - Zelfstandig én samen met je team snel en nauwkeurig te werk gaan; - Het magazijn netjes, veilig en overzichtelijk houden.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem, met soms een vroege start rond 03:00 uur: - 08:00 – 16:00 uur - 16:00 – 00:00 uur

En ja, je hebt altijd een vaste vrije zondag!

Wat zoeken wij · Minimaal 1.65 meter lang (in verband met de hoogte van de stellingen); · Goede fysieke conditie en geen probleem met zwaar werk; · Flexibel inzetbaar in een 2-ploegensysteem; · Zelfstandig én in teamverband sterk.

Wat bieden wij - Salaris vanaf €15,69 bruto per uur (excl. ploegentoeslagen); - Ploegentoeslag: 34% late dienst, 37% nachtdienst; - Overwerktoeslag van 25%–50%; - Reiskostenvergoeding tot €5,70 per dag; - Vaste vrije zondag; - Uitzicht op een vast fulltime contract; - Werken bij een familiebedrijf met een warme, collegiale sfeer.
