Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, overzicht bewaart en voldoening haalt uit een job waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou als orderpicker om ons logistiek team te versterken en mee te bouwen aan een vlotte werking van onze site in Evergem Bij ons draait alles om vakmanschap, teamwork en... bier. Achter elke perfect geleverde bestelling staat een sterk georganiseerd magazijn en daar kom jij in beeld.

Wij zoeken een echte doener die onze logistieke flow even vlot laat lopen als een perfect getapt pintje. Jij neemt met plezier de fysieke behandeling van inkomende en uitgaande goederen voor je rekening, pickt orders met precisie en maakt bestellingen netjes verzendklaar. Je stelt klantspecifieke paletten samen met bakken, vaten en POS-materiaal en schakelt daarbij vlot met de commerciële binnendienst (want samenwerken smaakt altijd beter).

Vrachtwagens laden en lossen doe je volgens de richtlijnen, en goederen verplaatsen naar hun juiste plek op de site is voor jou kinderspel. Orde en structuur in het magazijn zijn voor jou geen taak, maar een reflex: alles ligt waar het hoort, voorraden worden aangevuld en foutjes ontsnappen niet aan jouw scherpe blik. Je draagt actief bij aan hygiëne, orde en netheid op de volledige site, met extra zorg voor het veilig vervoeren van onze bieren – die verdienen nu eenmaal respect. Veiligheidsregels volg je strikt op, want een veilige werkomgeving is voor jou net zo belangrijk als een goede schuimkraag.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een stevige dosis ervaring in een logistieke of magazijnfunctie – vijf jaar is mooi meegenomen, maar ben jij een harde werker met de juiste ingesteldheid? Dan luisteren we zeker ook graag naar jouw verhaal. Ervaring in de brouwerijsector is een extra troef, maar geen must.

Je bent gedreven, communicatief en voelt je goed wanneer je zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit, organisatorisch talent en probleemoplossend denken neem je spontaan initiatief en hou je het hoofd koel, ook wanneer de planning even anders loopt dan verwacht. Je bent flexibel in jobinhoud, werkt efficiënt en haalt oprecht voldoening uit een ordelijk magazijn, strak gestapelde paletten en een order dat tot in de puntjes klopt.
