Als orderpicker ben je een essentiële schakel binnen ons logistieke proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen op de juiste manier, tijdig en met de grootste zorg worden samengesteld, zodat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en kwalitatieve levering. Hierbij werk je in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, tempo en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Verzamelen van bestellingen in de snijzaal aan de hand van bestelbonnen of pickinglijsten.
  • Correct klaarzetten en controleren van producten voor transport naar klanten.
  • Verpakken, labelen en voorbereiden van goederen volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen.
  • Nakijken van aantallen, kwaliteit en versheid van de producten.
  • Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen de werkruimte.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van productie, logistiek en transport om een efficiënte workflow te garanderen.
  • Snel en accuraat inspelen op wijzigingen of dringende bestellingen.
  • Mee toezien op een klantgerichte service en correcte leveringen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige medewerker die graag actief bezig is en goed functioneert in een sneltempo-omgeving. Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie, beschik je over:

  • Een goede fysieke conditie en bereidheid om zwaar werk uit te voeren.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Het vermogen om foutloos te werken onder tijdsdruk.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Stressbestendigheid en de motivatie om kwaliteit af te leveren.
  • Ervaring als orderpicker of binnen een logistieke omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van verschillende vleessoorten of vleesstukken is een extra troef.
  • Bereidheid om in daguren te werken.
