Jobomschrijving

Als logistiek medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het coördineren en verwerken van vrachtwagenonderdelen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Ontvangst en verzending: Je zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van binnenkomende en uitgaande zendingen.
  • Goederenbeheer: Overdag sorteer, controleer en label je de goederen om de logistieke stroom efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Administratieve verwerking: Je verzorgt nauwkeurig de administratieve afhandeling van zendingen.
  • Verzendingsdienst: In de avond ondersteun je de verzendingen door mee te werken aan de correcte en tijdige verzending van orders.
  • Flexibele inzet: Als vlinder kan je worden ingezet bij de receptie en ontvangst van goederen, of om inkomende zendingen die rechtstreeks voor klanten bestemd zijn, op te volgen.

We zoeken een gedreven kandidaat met een passie voor logistiek en een oog voor nauwkeurigheid. Je bent een echte teamspeler die zich flexibel opstelt, zowel qua werkplek als werkuren. Tijdens piekmomenten in de logistieke processen sta je klaar om in te springen waar de nood het hoogst is, dankzij jouw veelzijdige inzet als vlinder.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Digitale vaardigheden: Je bent vertrouwd met administratieve taken en kan vlot overweg met ERP-systemen, verzendprogramma’s, labelsoftware, productcatalogussen en Outlook.
  • Praktische bekwaamheid: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest en weet dit veilig en efficiënt te gebruiken.
