Ben jij een gedreven nachtwerker die op zoek is naar een uitdagende job met doorgroeimogelijkheden? We bieden jou eerst een grondige opleiding als orderpicker, waarna je na een inloopperiode kan promoveren tot nachtverantwoordelijke.

Je start met een grondige opleiding als orderpicker. In deze rol:

  • Stel je bestellingen samen voor horeca en viswinkels
  • Lees je instructies nauwkeurig en geef je gewichten in via een touchscreensysteem (maatsoftware)
  • Werk je in een koude en vochtige omgeving
  • Help je bij het receptioneren van inkomende goederen
  • Zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig klaargezet worden

Belangrijk: je werkt niet met scanning of heftruck.

Na je inwerkperiode groei je door naar assistent-verantwoordelijke en uiteindelijk nachtverantwoordelijke. Dan neem je bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden op zoals:

  • Werkverdeling binnen het nachtteam
  • Verwerken van bestellingen (via voicemail en e-mail) in het interne softwaresysteem
  • Printen van leverbonnen en routelijsten
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen
  • Meehelpen op de werkvloer
  • Opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Motiveren van het team en ervoor zorgen dat vrachtwagens tijdig kunnen vertrekken
  • Je werkt in een 38-urenweek in de vaste nacht, van maandag tot vrijdag of van woensdag tot zondag (startuur en dagen bespreekbaar).

Profiel

Hoe ziet jouw profiel eruit?

  • Zowel het Nederlands als het Frans beheers je vloeiend, zowel in spreken als schrijven.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsomgeving of vis-sector is een waardevolle plus, maar ook enthousiaste starters worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
  • Flexibiliteit is jouw tweede natuur; je past je makkelijk aan in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Uurrooster: 38-urenweek: Maandag t.e.m. vrijdag OF woensdag t.e.m. zondag (dagen bespreekbaar) Werkuren: 22u00 - 06u00 (afhankelijk van de werkbelasting)

  • Nachtpremie: €2,43 per uur
  • Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag

  • Regelmatige evaluaties met loonsverhoging bij doorgroei naar nachtverantwoordelijke
  • Na ongeveer 1,5 jaar mogelijkheid tot firmawagen bij bewezen prestaties
  • Voltijdse tewerkstelling (38 uur/week)
  • Daarnaast begeleidt Vivaldis je persoonlijk tijdens het volledige traject. Wij zorgen voor een correcte opvolging, loopbaanadvies en ondersteuning bij je professionele groei.
