Met inmiddels 125 jaar ervaring in de branche, zijn wij trots op onze vakkennis, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid. Wij leveren aan indrukwekkende Gasten en Klanten. Onder Gast verstaan wij horeca, golfclubs, strandtenten, cruisevaart etc. en onder Klant o.a. maaltijdboxen, flitsbezorgers en Retail. De functie Samen met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat de bestellingen op tijd en met de juiste kwaliteit de deur uit gaan. Nog niet zo bekend met vlees producten? Geen probleem! Je kan intern worden opgeleid en krijgt alles te weten over onze mooie producten. Als Orderpicker Vlees / Registrator heb je verder de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Het verzamelen van verpakte vleesproducten volgens picklijsten en orderinstructies; • Klaarzetten en controleren van de bestellingen; hiertoe leg je nauwkeurig en volledig alle gegevens vast: van ontvangst, verwerking, opslag en verzending. Dit met het oog op voedselveiligheid, traceerbaarheid en kwaliteitsborging binnen de keten. • Bijhouden van temperatuurregistraties en opslagcondities volgens HACCP- en FSSC22000-normen. • Signaleren van afwijkingen en melden bij de kwaliteitsdienst of leidinggevende. • Inkomende en klaargemaakte producten inruimen volgens het FIFO (First In First Out). principe; • Assisteren bij laden en lossen. Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega die 40 uur per week beschikbaar is verdeeld over 5 dagen, tussen maandag en zaterdag. Minder uren in overleg. Ook moet je het geen probleem vinden om vroeg te starten, want onze diensten beginnen om 3.30/4.00 uur. Natuurlijk staat daar een mooie TVT-toeslag tegenover. Ervaring in de horeca, supermarkt of vlees & vis is een pré, maar zeker niet vereist. Met de juiste instelling leren wij je de fijne kneepjes van het vak. Je werkt ...
