Voor een gevestigde onderneming actief in keuken- en badkamermeubilair zoeken we een Orderverwerker Badkamers

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat binnenkomende bestellingen correct worden gecontroleerd en verwerkt in het ERP-systeem.

Dat vraagt meer dan gegevens overnemen. Je moet begrijpen wat je verwerkt, onvolledige of tegenstrijdige informatie herkennen en de juiste vragen stellen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is.

Want wat jij ingeeft, vormt uiteindelijk de basis voor een correcte bestelling en productie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de orderverwerking van badkamers

Je ontvangt bestellingen en controleert deze zorgvuldig voordat je ze verder verwerkt.

Concreet zal je:

  • binnenkomende bestellingen en offertes analyseren;
  • controleren of alle noodzakelijke gegevens aanwezig en correct zijn;
  • ontbrekende of tegenstrijdige informatie detecteren;
  • contact opnemen met klanten of collega's wanneer je bijkomende informatie nodig hebt;
  • bestellingen correct verwerken in het ERP-systeem;
  • ervoor zorgen dat alle informatie op de juiste plaats in het systeem terechtkomt;
  • telefonisch en via e-mail communiceren met klanten en partners;
  • nauw samenwerken met collega's van onder andere planning, aankoop, logistiek en productie;
  • je dossiers zelfstandig opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat ze correct worden afgehandeld.

Je werkt vanuit de kantoren in Sint-Genesius-Rode.

Ervaring in orderverwerking, commerciële binnendienst, administratie, customer service of een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt.

Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met een ERP-systeem. Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision of een gelijkaardig ERP-pakket is een sterke troef.

Daarnaast kun je vlot werken met Microsoft Office.

Ervaring met badkamermeubilair is niet noodzakelijk. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je interesse hebt in het product en bereid bent om je hierin te verdiepen.

Omdat je regelmatig communiceert met klanten en partners, kun je je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
