Grando Keukens Aartselaar is op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde medewerker voor orderverwerking. Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je graag met cijfers én hou je ervan als alles tot in de puntjes klopt? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken!

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Je bent een onmisbare schakel tussen de verkoop, monteurs en onze leveranciers. Je biedt logistieke en technische ondersteuning bij het uitwerken en opvolgen van de verkochte keukens. Als er een keuken is verkocht, beheer jij het logistieke proces, zodat de keuken compleet geleverd wordt binnen de vooropgestelde tijd. Je:

  • controleert offertes op juistheid en volledigheid
  • plaatst bestellingen bij onze leveranciers en volgt de levertermijnen op
  • bent oplossingsgericht
  • zorgt ervoor dat de klantendossiers administratief volledig in orde zijn
  • overloopt de opmeting en doet een finale check met de klanten

Je achtergrond

Je bent iemand die houdt van orde en structuur. Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook onder tijdsdruk en denkt proactief na om de processen te verbeteren. Je:

  • hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie, idealiter in de (interieur)bouwsector
  • werkt vlot met computers en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van een ERP-systeem (SIMAR)
  • communiceert helder en bent assertief
  • bent klantgericht en streeft naar hoge kwaliteit in alles wat je doet
