**Anforderungen**

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ordinationsassistent/in

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und wertschätzender Umgang mit Patient/innen

- Organisationstalent

- Professionelle Kommunikation am Telefon und per E-Mail

- Deutschkenntnisse daher mindestens auf Sprachniveau B 2 nach europäischen Sprachreferenzrahmen

- Sehr gute EDV- Kenntnisse

- Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft

**Aufgabengebiet**

- Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten in der Praxis

- Terminorganisation

- Betreuung der Patient/innen

- Unterstützung des Arztes bei der Durchführung von Untersuchungen und Behandlungen

- Selbständige Durchführung von medizinischen Leistungen wie EKG, Blutabnahme, etc.

- Erfassung und Abrechnung der Leistungen in der EDV

**Arbeitszeit/Ausmaß/Dauer**

Teilzeit im Ausmaß 20 - 25 Std/Woche im Rahmen der Ordinationszeiten

**Entlohnung**

Ein Einstiegsgehalt von brutto EUR 2.271,50 monatlich bei 40 Arbeitsstunden ist vorgesehen (höhere Entlohnung je nach Vordienstzeiten und Qualifikation)
