Die Gruppenpraxis Neumarkt steht für eine persönliche, menschliche und patientenorientierte Betreuung. Neben der allgemeinmedizinischen Versorgung bietet die Ordination unter anderem verschiedene medizinische Untersuchungen wie EKG, Spirometrie und Laboruntersuchungen sowie Vorsorge- und Notfallmedizin an.

Wir suchen Verstärkung als 1 Ordinationsassistent_in Teilzeit 15-25 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Patient_innen und unterstützt unser Team bei vielfältigen Tätigkeiten:

* Terminkoordination telefonisch und per E-Mail

* Medikamentenausgabe und -verkauf in unserer Hausapotheke

* Ausstellung von Rezepten und Bestätigungen

* Schriftverkehr und administrative Tätigkeiten

* Mitarbeit bei Labor- und Therapietätigkeiten, z. B. Blutabnahme, EKG, Spirometrie etc.

Unsere Ordination arbeitet überwiegend mit Terminvereinbarung, um Wartezeiten zu reduzieren und eine möglichst reibungslose Betreuung unserer Patient_innen zu ermöglichen.

Das bringst Du mit

* Erfahrung im Ordinationsbereich bzw. eine entsprechende Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Quereinsteiger_innen und Wiedereinsteiger_innen sind herzlich willkommen

* Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit, die entsprechende Ausbildung zu absolvieren

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse

* Freude am Kontakt mit Patient_innen

* Sicheres und ruhiges Arbeiten auch bei erhöhtem Arbeitsaufkommen

* Teamfähigkeit

* Freundliches, wertschätzendes und professionelles Auftreten

* Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und sich in unser Team einzubringen

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

* Teilzeitbeschäftigung mit 15-25 Wochenstunden

* Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen unserer Öffnungszeiten

* Mo bis Fr vormittags sowie zusätzlich entweder Mo oder Mi nachmittags - die genaue Einteilung erfolgt in Vereinbarung mit dem Team

* Ein gut eingespieltes und kollegiales Team

* Eine sorgfältige Einschulung in Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

* Hilfsbereite Kolleg_innen, die Dich bei Deiner Einarbeitung unterstützen

* Ein abwechslungsreicher Tätigkeitsbereich mit direktem Kontakt zu unseren Patient_innen

* Möglichkeit zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und Ausbildung

* Gute Erreichbarkeit der Ordination über die S10 von Linz und Freistadt

* Entlohnung deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
