Für unsere neurologische Station suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Organisationstalent, Herzlichkeit und Teamgeist dazu beiträgt, dass unsere Patient:innen bestmöglich betreut werden. Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson am Pflege-Stützpunkt und sorgen gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team für reibungslose Abläufe im Stationsalltag.

AUFGABEN

* Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle am Pflege-Stützpunkt und übernehmen die persönliche und

telefonische Kommunikation mit Patient:innen, Angehörigen sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen.

* Sie koordinieren und organisieren Patient:innenaufnahmen, Terminvergaben sowie Entlassungen und tragen damit wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen Stationsablauf bei.

* Sie übernehmen administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten und sorgen für eine sorgfältige Dokumentation.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen sowie externen Partner:innen zusammen und fördern eine wertschätzende Kommunikation.

* Sie verantworten die Koordination und Organisation von Bestellungen sowie die Bereitstellung notwendiger Materialien.

KOMPETENZEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistenz

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Offenheit für digitale Arbeitsprozesse

* Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise

* Sie können gut priorisieren, arbeiten strukturiert und gewissenhaft.

* Sie sehen was andere brauchen und helfen aktiv mit gute Lösungen zu finden.
