* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten

* Terminvereinbarung und Telefonmanagement

* Administrative Tätigkeiten und Patientenverwaltung

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Ordinationsalltags

* Vorbereitung der Behandlungsräume

* Instrumentenaufbereitung und Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ordinationsassistentin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
