Wir sind ein Orthopädisches Gesundheitszentrum im 14.Bezirk, eine Wahlordination

die neben Physiotherapie auch Orthopädie und Infusionstherapie anbietet.

Arbeitszeiten: 20-40 Stunden

Bruttogehalt: 3.200€ /40h Brutto (mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechenden Qualifikationen) 1 Ordinationsassistent_in (m/w/d) Dein neuer Job:

* Empfang und Betreuung von Privatpatient*innen

* Telefonische und persönliche Terminvereinbarung, Entgegennahme von Patientenanfragen

* Verrechnung von Wahlarzt- und Privathonoraren mit Bankomatkasse

* Einreichung von Verordnungen an die Krankenkassen

* Ordinationsvor- und aufbereitung

* Führung der Patientenkartei / elektronische Dokumentation

* Rezept- und Überweisungsverwaltung

* Bestellwesen (Medikamente, Verbrauchsmaterial)

* Praxisorganisation und Koordination des Ablaufs

* Aufklärung über Abläufe

* Betreuung im Wartebereich

* Hygienemaßnahmen und Sterilisation von Instrumenten

* Qualitäts- und Hygienedokumentation

* Vor und Nachbereitung der Infusionsgabe (Infusionen werden vom Arzt angehängt)

* Betreuung von Infusionspatienten

Deine Qualifikation:

* Berufserfahrung in einer medizinischen Einrichtung oder Ordination

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ordinationsassistent_in

* Erfahrung am Front Office / Empfang

* Kompetentes, herzliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick, auch in Stresssituationen

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (auch in Schriftform)

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Terminsoftware und/oder elektronischer Patientenakten von Vorteil
