Praxis10 ist eine moderne Ordination für Allgemeinmedizin und Familienmedizin in 1100 Wien. Das Team bietet umfassende medizinische Betreuung für alle Kassen und Privatpatient_innen - von Vorsorge und Diagnostik über Impfungen bis zur langfristigen Begleitung bei chronischen Erkrankungen. Im Fokus stehen persönliche Betreuung, medizinische Kompetenz und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Patient_innen.

Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Ordinationsassistent_in (w/m/d) ¿ Arbeitsort: 1100 Wien

¿ Arbeitszeit: 25 Stunden/Woche nach Vereinbarung im Rahmen der Ordinationszeitenhttps://praxis10.at/

Ihre Aufgaben

º Empfang und Betreuung von Patient_innen

º Terminvergabe sowie telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz

º Administrative Tätigkeiten und Unterstützung im Ordinationsmanagement

º Unterstützung bei EKG-Untersuchungen

º Unterstützung bei Infusionstherapien

º Unterstützung bei Blutabnahmen

º Verbandswechsel und Unterstützung bei der Wundversorgung

º Pflege und Verwaltung von Patient_innendaten

Das bringen Sie mit

º Abgeschlossene bzw. laufende Ausbildung als Ordinationsassistent_in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

º Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit Patient_innen und im Arbeitsalltag

º Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

º Bosnisch-/Serbisch-/Kroatischkenntnisse von Vorteil

º Türkischkenntnisse von Vorteil

º Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

º Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

º Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion

º Freitag: 07:30 bis 12:30 Uhr
