Mit Eröffnung des Primärversorgungszentrums Bruck/Mur im Jänner 2027 bieten wir eine ganzheitliche und koordinierte Gesundheitsversorgung an.

Unser Team besteht aus zwei Allgemeinmedizinerinnen mit Kassenverträgen, unterstützt durch Ordinationsassistenz und diplomierte Pflegekräfte, ergänzt durch ExpertInnen aus Diätologie, Sozialarbeit, Ergotherapie, Physiotherapie, Psychologie und professionellem Wundmanagement.

Durch interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßige Fallbesprechungen gewährleisten wir eine hochwertige Betreuung unserer PatientInnen.

Als Ergänzung dieses Teams suchen wir noch ab 01.01.2027 2 Ordinationsassistent_innen m/w/d für 20 bis 38,5 Wochenstunden Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Unterstützung im administrativen und organisatorischen Ordinationsalltag

* Koordination der verschiedenen Abläufe und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Praxisdienstes

* Mitgestaltung einer wertschätzenden, freundlichen und serviceorientierten Atmosphäre

* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patient:innen

* Patient:innenversorgung entsprechend Ihrer Ausbildungsqualifikation

* Vorbereiten der Therapien

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistent:in

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer allgemeinmedizinischen Kassenordination

* Freundlicher, professioneller und empathischer Umgang mit Patient:innen

* Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Belastbarkeit und Freude daran, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

* Teamfähigkeit

* Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten, Interesse am Mitgestalten

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
