Die https://www.diakonie.at/delatour ist eine der größten sozialen Organisationen Kärntens und steht für gelebte Werte, professionelle Betreuung und respektvollen Umgang. Unter anderem ist sie Trägerin mehrerer, auf die therapeutische Begleitung ausgerichteter, Krankenanstalten.

Durch unsere neue Primärversorgungseinheit (PVZ) wird es uns möglich ein wohnortnahes, multiprofessionelles Gesundheitszentrum mit erweiterten Öffnungszeiten und breitem Leistungsspektrum zu eröffnen. Patient:innen erhalten hier neben der Allgemeinmedizin auch weitere Leistungen wie Physiotherapie, Diätologie und vieles mehr.

Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um eine Vorauswahl des Arbeitsmarktservice Völkermarkt durchgeführt durch das Service für Unternehmen. 2 Ordinationsassistent:innen mit Empathie und Teamgeist * Arbeitsbeginn: 01. Oktober 2026

* Arbeitsort: 9150 Bleiburg

* Arbeitszeitrahmen: 20-40 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Terminkoordination und -vergabe

* Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Patient:innendaten

* Beantwortung von Anfragen

* Diverse Front Office Tätigkeiten (Vorbereitung von Befunden, Überweisungen, Transportscheinen, etc.)

* Administrative Back Office Tätigkeiten (Post, Kassa, Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, etc.)

* Sicherstellung eines professionellen Erstkontakts für Patient:innen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistenz bzw. vergleichbare medizinisch-administrative Qualifikation

* Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung in PVZ, Krankenhaus, Ordination oder Ambulanz

* Professionelles, freundliches Auftreten und absolute Diskretion

* Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit und Stressresistenz

* Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Teamarbeit und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit, Teilnahme an Besprechungen & Supervisionen

* Soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit erkrankten Menschen

* Sichere Anwendung von MS Office, ausgezeichnete Rechtschreibung

* Gute EDV- und Deutschkenntnisse

* Slowenischkenntnisse von Vorteil
