Tätigkeitsbereich

* Patientenempfang und Patientenbetreuung

* Terminmanagement und telefonische Patientenbetreuung

* administrative Tätigkeiten und Ordinationsorganisation

* Dokumentation und EDV-Arbeiten

* Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei Untersuchungen

* Blutabnahmen

* Unterstützung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

* Bestellwesen und Materialverwaltung

* Mitwirkung an der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Ordinationsabläufe

Anforderungsprofil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistenz bzw. zeitnah bevorstehender Abschluss von Vorteil

* sichere Durchführung von Blutabnahmen sofern abgeschlossener Kurs für Ordinationassistenz vorhanden ist

* freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Belastbarkeit

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse

* verfügbarer PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes

Entlohnung

Die tatsächliche Entlohnung liegt bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag. Vorgesehen ist eine Entlohnung ab € 2.400,- brutto auf Vollzeitbasis je nach Qualifikation.
