Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte, zuverlässige und teamfähige Ordinationsassistenz / Ordinationsmitarbeiter_in für unsere internistische Ordination in 8510 Stainz im Bezirk Deutschlandsberg. 1 Ordinationsassistenz / Ordinationsmitarbeiter_in für internistische Ordination Teilzeit 20-25 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie übernehmen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem modernen internistischen Ordinationsbetrieb. Dazu zählen insbesondere:

* kompetente und freundliche Betreuung unserer Patient_innen am Empfang und am Telefon

* Terminorganisation, administrative Tätigkeiten und Dokumentation mit Ordinationssoftware

* Unterstützung im laufenden Ordinationsbetrieb

* Durchführung bzw. Assistenz bei diagnostischen Tätigkeiten am Patienten, je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und ärztlicher Anordnung, insbesondere:

* EKG

* Blutabnahmen

* Infusionen bzw. Vorbereitung und Assistenz

* Ergometrie

* weitere internistische Untersuchungen nach Einschulung und Ausbildungsstand

Ihr Profil:

Wir wünschen uns eine Persönlichkeit, die gerne mit Menschen arbeitet, den Ordinationsalltag aktiv mitträgt und auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen freundlich und strukturiert bleibt.

Sie bringen mit:

* positiv abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistenz gemäß MAB-G

* gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Organisationsgeschick und Selbstständigkeit

* freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* soziale Kompetenz und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Ordination oder im medizinischen Bereich

Entlohnung:

Das Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt EUR 2.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis, 14-mal jährlich, für Ordinationsassistenz gemäß MAB-G.

Bei Teilzeit erfolgt die Entlohnung aliquot entsprechend dem vereinbarten Stundenausmaß.

Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht ausdrücklich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
