Jouw bijdrage aan de leefomgeving Als organisatiejurist lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit, rechtmatigheid en transparantie van besluitvorming binnen Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland. Je fungeert als juridische en bestuurlijke sparringpartner voor Directie en Bestuur en zorgt ervoor dat bestuurlijke processen zorgvuldig zijn ingericht, uitgevoerd en opgevolgd. Daarbij houd je overzicht, bewaak je kaders en draag je bij aan een goed functionerende organisatie. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie: - adviseer en ondersteun je Directie en Bestuur bij juridische en bestuurlijke vraagstukken; - ondersteun je de directeur bij de voorbereiding en afhandeling van besluitvorming van het Algemeen en Dagelijks Bestuur, waaronder het agenderen van overleggen, het vastleggen van besluiten en het bewaken van de opvolging; - toets en beoordeel je bestuursvoorstellen op juridische juistheid, volledigheid en uitvoerbaarheid; - adviseer je over juridische kaders zoals de gemeenschappelijke regeling, mandaatregelingen en organisatiebesluiten en draag je bij aan de actualisatie en implementatie daarvan; - beoordeel je contracten en overeenkomsten en adviseer je over rechtmatigheid, risico's en voorwaarden; - onderhoud je contacten met interne en externe partijen en zorg je voor afstemming en heldere...
