Misschien ben je dan wel geknipt voor deze rol! Bij Kunstfort Vijfhuizen komen erfgoed, hedendaagse kunst en ecologie samen. Er vinden tentoonstellingen, residenties, educatieve en verhuuractiviteiten plaats. Het Kunstfort ziet de culturele instelling van de toekomst als een democratische plek en experimenteert met wat dat kan zijn. Ze opereert vanuit de overtuiging dat kunstenaars en kunst een belangrijke bijdrage kunnen leveren aan perspectiefverbreding voor vreedzamer, gelijkwaardiger en rechtvaardiger samenleven. Het terrein van het Kunstfort wordt gedeeld met bewoners, atelierhouders, een restaurant, een organisatieadviesbureau en een ginstokerij. Tot de vaste bewoners mogen we ook bramen, brandnetels, karpers, meerkoeten, mollen en muizen rekenen - en nog veel meer. Er is een klein en hecht team, een schil aan freelancers en een schare vrijwilligers die onder meer zorgdragen voor het onderhoud van het terrein en de openstelling van het fortgebouw. Als Zoöperatie streeft ze ernaar de belangen van meer-dan-menselijke entiteiten zoals dieren en planten mee te wegen in de organisatorische besluitvorming. We zijn ook geïnteresseerd in privacyvriendelijke, open source vormen van technologie. Het Kunstfort ontvangt jaarlijks subsidie van de gemeente Haarlemmermeer en is opgenomen in de regeling Kunstpodia Basis 2025-2028 van het Mondriaan Fonds. Wij zoeken op korte termijn een: Manager Productie & Bedrijfsvoering (x/m/v) 30,4 uur per week | 4 dagen per week Als Manager Productie & Bedrijfsvoering ben je de organisatorische spil van het Kunstfort.
