Als Bereichsleiter:in hast du jede Menge Verantwortung. Du stellst die Einhaltung von Prozessen und Abläufen sicher. Bei dir laufen sämtliche Informationen zu Werbeaktionen und Prozessen zusammen, die du zielgerichtet an andere Teams und Abteilungen weitergibst und koordinierst. Als fachliche Führungskraft bist du Coach und Motivator:in zugleich und lebst eine hohe Kundenorientierung vor.

Aufgaben, die dich erwarten

* Als Bereichsleiter:in bist du für die Bereiche Bestandskoordination, Kassa, Service Center und Wareneingang/Warenausgang verantwortlich.

* Du steuerst Prozesse und achtest auf das Einhalten von Standards.

* Du setzt gesetzliche Vorschriften und OBI Sicherheitsstandards um.

* Dein Team setzt du bedarfsorientiert ein, um auch bei hohem Kundenaufkommen beste Beratung und besten Service zu gewährleisten.

* Du hast die Kennzahlen für deinen Bereich stets im Blick und setzt nötige Maßnahmen um.

* Du motivierst dein Team und setzt dich für die Weiterentwicklung jedes einzelnen Teammitglieds ein.

Qualifikationen, die du mitbringstAlles machbar, wenn

* du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung hast.

* du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung im Groß- oder Einzelhandel hast.

* du eine engagierte und motivierende Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Gespür bist.

* du sehr verantwortungsbewusst bist und Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Kolleg:innen hast.

* dich Prozess- und Systemaffinität auszeichnen.

* du auch gerne am PC arbeitest und alle gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen meisterst.

Wir bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 3.000,- pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. (Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.535,- brutto pro Monat) Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
