Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine_n 1 Organisationsleiter_in - Führungskraft Eintritt ab sofort!

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Strategische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Sparte Bildungszentrum Roither

* Organisation und persönliche Durchführung von Seminaren, Kursen und Schulungen rund um das Thema "Erste Hilfe" wie zum Beispiel einen 16 Stunden-Erste-Hilfe-Kurs

* Kundenbindung, Kooperationen und Marketingstrategien entwickeln

* Führung, Motivation und Förderung der Mitarbeiter und Gastreferenten

* Kalkulation, Controlling und Angebotserweiterung

* Akquise von Neukunden und Optimierung interner Abläufe sowie Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil:

* Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft

* Ausbildung im Gesundheitsbereich oder als Sanitäter_in erwünscht

* Bevorzugt mit Qualifikation als Medizinprodukteberater_in

* Lehrbeauftragter für Erste-Hilfe-Kurse

* Technisches Verständnis sowie EDV-/MS Office-Kenntnisse

* Entsprechende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch)

* Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

* Flexibilität, Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Unser Angebot:

* Wir bieten ein offenes und freundliches Arbeitsumfeld, eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem engagierten Team und ein herausforderndes Aufgabengebiet.

* Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als kfm. Angestellter im Medizinproduktenhandel - Führungskraft - Verwendungsgruppe E, beträgt im ersten Beschäftigungsjahr 2.471,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung, zzgl. Diäten. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.
