Onze recruiter Justin van Gastel Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je voornamelijk binnen de marktsegmenten chemische industrie, feed, food, procesindustrie, staalindustrie en oil & gas. Dagelijks richten zij zich op het leveren van hoogwaardige oplossingen en diensten, waaronder consultancy, plant? en process design, manufacturing & assembly en maintenance. - Aansturen en coachen van een team van 5 tot 15 monteurs en/of ingeleend personeel - Organiseren en coördineren van de aanleg en het onderhoud van E&I-installaties binnen verschillende projecten - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en regelen van technische zaken, zodat projecten efficiënt verlopen - Toezicht houden op de uitvoering, met focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en het nakomen van afspraken - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de klant, en zorgen voor een goede communicatie gedurende het project - Actief meewerken in de uitvoering wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt - Werken op projectlocaties bij verschillende klanten, met bereidheid om te reizen en flexibel in te spelen op wisselende situaties Geboden wordt - E...
