Die Tiroler Soziale Dienste GmbH, eine gemeinnützige Tochter des Landes Tirol, ist für die Grundversorgung von Menschen im Asylverfahren zuständig. Unser Betätigungsfeld umfasst zahlreiche Standorte und Integrationsprojekte in Tirol.

Wir suchen für den Zeitraum 01.11.2026 bis 30.04.2027 in unserem Bereich 24/7 (Obdachlosenbereich)

für unsere Notschlafstelle in Lienz 1 Organisatorische Stützkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeitbeschäftigung (29 Wochenstunden).

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Kompetenz und Erfahrung in Interkulturalität und Diversität, eine respektvolle und genderneutrale Haltung

* Respektvolles Auftreten und eine deeskalierende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Belastbarkeit, Krisenfestigkeit, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit, kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit zur Abgrenzung

* Selbständige, strukturierte, flexible und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* IT Standardwissen inkl MS Office, der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, zielgruppenrelevante Fremdsprachen (zB Arabisch, Dari, Farsi, Russisch) von Vorteil

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Gewährung des reibungslosen Ablaufes und klient*innenzentrierte Unterstützung im täglichen Betrieb der Notschlafstelle Lienz (Abend- und Nachtstunden)

* Unterstützung bei der Aufnahme von Klient*innen, Zubereitung und Ausgabe einfacher Mahlzeiten, Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten, administrative Tätigkeiten (Kontrolle der Registrierungen, Anwesenheitslisten, etc.), Sicherheitskontrollen (Zusammenarbeit mit der Polizei)

* Dokumentation und Informationsweitergabe

* Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Hausordnung, vorbeugender/abwehrender Brandschutz, Erste-Hilfe-Leistungen

* Kontaktperson vor Ort im Notfall

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt auf Basis einer 37-Stunden-Woche beträgt laut SWÖ-KV Verwendungsgruppe 5 € 2.676,40 brutto pro Monat. Eine Zulage je nach Tätigkeit und anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten finden entsprechende Berücksichtigung.
