Je gaat aan de slag op één van onze locaties in Delfzijl, Stadskanaal, Hoogezand of Groningen. We gaan graag met jou in overleg over jouw beschikbaarheid. Als orthopedagoog generalist: - ga je werken met een fijne club collega's die staan voor stabiliteit en waardering; - ben je de regiebehandelaar binnen de afdeling; - krijg je de ruimte en het vertrouwen om creatief na te denken over behandelmogelijkheden en zorgoplossingen op maat. Daarom is Jonx de plek voor jou Bij Jonx diagnosticeer en behandel je kinderen en jongeren van 0 tot en met 18 jaar en hun gezinnen vanuit matched care principes. Dat wil zeggen dat je samen met de jeugdige en gezin de meeste dringende zorgvraag goed verduidelijkt en daarvoor de effectieve behandeling biedt die het minst belastend is, zo kort als mogelijk en zo lang als noodzakelijk. Onderdeel hiervan is de vraag: 'hoe kunnen we jeugdige en gezin blijven motiveren om te vertrouwen op hun eigen oordeel en probleemoplossend vermogen?'' Je krijgt te maken met alle vormen van psychiatrische problematiek. Van ADHD tot ASS en van psychotrauma's tot angst- en stemmingsstoornissen. Extra uitdagend: als regiebehandelaar pak jij de meest complexe cases op. Daarnaast krijg jij de ruimte en het vertrouwen na te denken over behandelmogelijkheden en zorgoplossingen op maat wanneer de problematiek daarom vraagt. Lees meer over Jonx Ambulant . Zo maak jij het verschil - Je stelt samen met je co-behandelaren - onder wie orthopedagogen, vaktherapeuten en psychologen -op basis van intakes en psychodiagnostisch onderzoek de behandelplannen op. - Je coördineert de trajecten en waarborgt de kwaliteit en continuïteit.
