Samen bouwen we aan gezonde, veerkrachtige gezinnen. Wat ga je doen? Jouw impact Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je doet begeleiding, behandeling en diagnostiek van kinderen en gezinnen in uiteenlopende situaties. Je kijkt verder dan gedrag, pakt aan wat nodig is en kiest doelgericht de juiste aanpak. Daarnaast ontwikkel je jezelf én het team: je denkt mee over beleid, deelt je expertise en vertaalt praktijkervaring naar verbetering. Zo draag je bij aan een sterker jeugdstelsel in Amsterdam. In dit werk heb je veel vrijheid, afwisseling en ontwikkelruimte. Je werkt niet alleen in de behandelkamer, maar ook in de wijk: systemisch, samen met scholen, JGZ en buurtteams etc., met ruimte voor diagnostiek, behandeling én meedenken op beleid. Dit maakt het werk dynamisch, invloedrijk en inhoudelijk rijk. Werken in Zuid & Buitenveldert Je komt in een hecht en energiek team met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, overleg en humor. Geen tijdsregistratie, wel vertrouwen, vrijheid en samenwerking. Bij elke casus begint een nieuwe puzzel. We doen wat werkt - met ruimte, vertrouwen en resultaat.
